Staircase Marketing has undertaken all necessary measures to comply with the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act of 1998.

 

This includes the protection of all personal information collected identifying our customers. The type and scope of personal information collected by Staircase Marketing will vary based on the type of dealings undertaken with each individual customer.

 

Staircase Marketing neither sells nor discloses any personal information collected to unrelated businesses and strict measures have been put in place in regards to information safety. Personal information collected by Staircase Marketing may be used in marketing where the customer has elected to receive such material. Should a recipient of marketing material no longer wish to receive this information, an adequate ‘unsubscribe’ facility will be included to remove all personal information from this list.

 

This is in direct accordance with the Spam Act 2003. Customers are welcome to request to view or alter any of their own personal information Staircase Marketing has collected.
