Staircase Marketing brings together a number of marketing professionals based on our clients' needs at the time. The founder of Staircase Marketing, Anna Delaney, has over 20 years of experience across a wide range of marketing areas.
Anna got her start in marketing working for major metropolitan advertising agencies in Brisbane where she excelled, especially in direct response marketing. She honed her skills and passion for stand-out creativity coupled to measurable results through senior account responsibilities.
Working in senior account management roles for clients including Queensland Rail, Telstra Retail and Port of Brisbane with established national agencies Clemenger and Leo Burnett in Brisbane and again in senior account capacity with Logan Meo Walters on the Gold Coast involving entities such as Accor Premier Vacation Group, Hyatt Sanctuary Cove and Shangri La’s Fiji Resort she not just embraced the broad spectrum of advertising possibilities but she brought them into perspective through her Staircase Marketing brand that’s more trim, taut and tenacious.
Her hands-on experience also in extensive event management projects covered creative planning, budget control, sponsorships and supervision of all suppliers to the media marketing aspects of those events.
Before establishing Staircase Marketing, Anna held prominent marketing manager roles with The Australian Property Institute, MetaSport (Singapore) and Wotif.com as well as high profile Queensland property and tourism development industry companies, Raptis Group Limited, Ingles Group (Qld) and Resort Corp. She also ran and operated marketing consultancy business, Black Grace Marketing & Communications.
Anna is also now the proud owner of Will and Wind , an Australian-designed lifestyle brand known for its beautiful, sustainable towels and accessories featuring iconic landscapes and marine life. Will and Wind’s products are made from recycled materials like rPET, offering sand-free, quick-dry, and antimicrobial benefits. The brand offers exciting co-branding and retail / wholesale opportunities, with designs that capture the spirit of the Australian outdoors while supporting environmental sustainability. Anna leads the business with the same creative energy and marketing expertise that defines her work at Staircase Marketing.
